Installing an energy solution is, of course, just part of the process and even the most well-oiled machine needs routine repairs and maintenance.
Maintaining results
As a result we offer a full range of operation and maintenance services, all of which have been carefully constructed to maximise uptime, minimise problems and optimise the return clients get from their investment.
Although as a rule we don’t provide operation and maintenance services to clients with existing systems installed by other operators, on occasion we have helped repair schemes which have failed and as a result gained quite a reputation as troubleshooters.
However, we prefer to operate and maintain schemes which we have also designed and implemented, taking complete responsibility for the whole life cycle of the system.
Our operation and maintenance services may be performed under an O&M agreement following installation, or they can be provided as part of a more complete Energy Supply or Energy Performance Contract.
Operation and Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance services can cover all or part of a community heating or CHP solution, depending on the scope of the scheme.

- A remote monitoring system that allows our skilled staff to supervise and adjust your energy solution from a central location
