Owned by the London Borough of Sutton, the Roundshaw Estate was originally built in the 1960's. To ensure its ability to exceed modern building standards and offer high quality housing, it is currently undergoing significant redevelopment. As part of this, the Council was keen to replace the existing heating and hot water system with a more efficient CHP scheme. To this end, they put the project out to tender with Vital Energi ultimately winning the contract for Phase 1.
