Residential schemes with Sustainable Energy Solutions are a hit at recent National Awards - providing Vital carbon savings (10/10/2008)

Several residential schemes with sustainable energy solutions, incorporating Combined Heat and Power, connection to an existing District Heating Network or Biomass heating have received acknowledgement for their design with three recent National Awards announcements. The one common element with all these award winners being that Vital Energi were the mastermind behind the design and implementation of the 'turnkey' energy solutions.

Vital Energi are a major player implementing CHP and Biomass District Heating solutions in the residential and commercial sectors. The current work under construction includes over 2,000 dwellings being served with Combined Heat and Power as the lead heat supply and in excess of 1,200 dwelling with biomass (chip/pellets) as the lead heat supply.
