At the heart of Liverpool’s £1billion regeneration scheme is the One Park West luxury apartments. The unique architecture was designed by Cesar Pelli who was responsible for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpar and the Canary Wharf Tower in London.

The development contains 326 apartments with astounding views overlooking the Liverpool docklands and the skyline of the City Centre. The development is situated by the Chavasse Park and is surrounded by the leisure terrace containing bars and restaurants. A short walk away is the new Liverpool One shopping district containing high street and designer brands.

Grosvenor required the use of Vital Energi’s Aqua Varm indirect HIU’s which were installed in each dwelling to provide heat and hot water. Vital Energi provided the HIU’s for various apartment layouts, from a studio to a 3 bedroom apartment. The HIU’s allow more control over flow rate, temperature, pressure, consumption and provide an instantaneous flow of hot water for the residents.
