Vital Energi Utilities Ltd and Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE) have today entered into an agreement under which SSE have invested £6.0 million in return for a 30% share of the business.

Vital Energi are currently working for SSE on “The Warren” in Woolwich, a Berkeley Homes development of 450 homes, and under an exclusive trading agreement, are currently jointly working on eight further projects for a number of Top 20 Developers.

This is a very positive step for Vital Energi and is sure to benefit both company’s ambitions to be the leader in the field of sustainable energy provision.
