Thanks to winning new contracts in excess of £20 million, Vital Energi is embarking on a major expansion programme and  is actively looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

Main Responsibilities

• The commercial management of all aspect of the Quantity Surveying function from procurement though to Final Account  agreement on a contract
• Produce the best possible financial outcome through effective use of reports, contract conditions and contract team communications
• Timely issue of notifications
• Monitor cashflow and cost control

Technical Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in Design & Build, Construction, M&E Services or other Specialist Service Provider
• Contractually aware and experienced in using various standard forms
• Experienced in resolving difficult or disputed accounts to finality
• Good commercial acumen and numerically sound
