The Energy Solution Behind one of the Greenest Commonwealth Games Ever
The Commonwealth games has been one of the greenest and most successful ever and Vital Energi are teaming up with developers City Legacy to hold a free information day about the project in early-September.
The event will be held at The Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design and Architecture in Glasgow and will be a great opportunity to learn about what went into delivering the successful low-carbon energy scheme for the 700 dwelling Athletes’ Village, Emirates Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
This has been a really high-profile project and we have seen a lot of interest in how it was conceived and delivered, so this will be a great opportunity for people with an interest in sustainable energy to get more information, ask questions and learn more about this brilliant project.
We are hoping to make the day as valuable as possible to delegates, so if there’s anything you’d like to see covered, or there’s something specific which you’d like to know more about, please contact Abby Jones on email@example.com and we’ll make every effort to include it in the programme.
The exact dates will be confirmed shortly, but the event is being held in early September. If you’re interested in attending and learning more about the technology behind the Athletes’ heat and hot water, please contact Abby Jones on the email above and we’ll reserve you a space.
