Our two-year graduate programme provides a structured pathway to develop your career in the energy sector. Our post-graduates are part of a rotational programme across different business areas where you will experience the full lifecycle of our business; from winning new work to understanding how an energy centre works. You’ll work on ‘live’ projects from design through to delivery, be supported by industry experts working within a tailored training plan and gaining the knowledge and experience needed to progress into leadership roles.
Once you’ve completed the formal 22 month graduate rotational programme you will be promoted into a role within your specialism, depending on the business stream you are part of. We will continue to support technical and business skills training and any further qualifications desired; ensuring your growth and knowledge enhancement continues for years to come. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, enabling you to continue to progress.
