As a result of our continuing success we are experiencing rapid and extensive growth in all business sectors; as such we have an exceptional opportunity for a Metering and Billing Technician based in London with responsibility for providing on-site installation support for metering and billing projects.

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Metering & Billing Team Leader you will:

  • Install and commission pre-payment metering equipment as per manufacturer, company and industry guidelines meeting daily install targets to a high quality standard
  • Commission Hydraulic Interface Units as per the company commissioning procedure and resolve any identified issues during the process
  • Provide front-line support to customers and clients by responding to reactive call-outs resolving faults in a professional manner
  • Complete relevant company documentation as required and in accordance with the company’s quality assurance procedure
  • Monitor and record equipment stock levels and replenish when required
  • Adhere to GDPR guidelines at all times
  • Work in a safe manner and in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policy
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours
