We combine the most experienced workforce with our use of cutting edge technology, such as 3D modelling, and consistently create energy solutions which are fully integrated, surpass guarantees, and due to quality project management, are held up as examples of what can be achieved in this industry.
The department is currently working on some of the largest sustainable energy jobs in the UK, including the £25m Guardbridge Biomass Energy Project for the University of St Andrews, Battersea Power Station redevelopment and Royal Albert Dock.

Some of our design team helped to write the ‘Heat Networks: Code of Practice for the UK’, the first Code of Practice published by CIBSE, which sets minimum standards to ensure that a heat network operates effectively and meets client and customer expectations.
Exclusive access to high-resolution data for superior energy modelling
Our design department has exclusive access to metering & data analysis capabilities from other parts of the Vital Group, giving our designers an ever growing database of high-resolution energy usage data, which makes their energy modelling more accurate than those based on general estimates.
In addition to this, our proprietary Heat Network Modelling software has contributed to us becoming one of the UK’s leading providers of District Heating.
