It's important that you understand your bill and how it has been calculated.  Below is an explanation of the terms you will see on your bill and how we calculate your heat usage.  If you have any issues with your bill then please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to help.

kWh – Your Kilowatt hour reading gives you information about your consumption.   Your bill will include a start date reading and an end date reading, allowing you to clearly see how much heat you have used.

Tariff:  Your tariff is the amount you pay per unit.  (kWh).

Note:  Your tariff may include standing charges which will be detailed separately in your bill.

The total of your bill is your Tariff multiplied by your kWh.

Payment Options: You can pay your bill by setting up a direct debit or you can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling 0845 519 5099.
