We are providing the design and build of the temporary energy solution for the Royal Albert Dock development utilizing specially designed pre-fabricated pipework sections to achieve an accelerated civils programme.

We worked with U+I to deliver the low carbon energy solution for the St Mark's Square development in Bromley, providing a district heating and cooling network that can cater the entire mixed-use complex.

U + i The Old Vinyl Factory

The Old Vinyl Factory is a 150 acre site in Hayes, Hillingdon, where EMI manufactured records from the early 1950’s. The site is now being developed as a mixture of commercial, retail, education and residential premises and Vital Energi were appointed to deliver the complete energy solution for the project.

Vital Energi delivered a Combined Heat and Power solution to the National Sports Centre at Crystal Palace which is regarded as one of the most efficient schemes in the UK achieving a 93% efficiency level.

The £4.3 billion Terminal 5 development at Heathrow was one of the most exciting developments and Vital Energi was chosen to bring their three decades of experience to the project and install the District Heating Network.
