Climate education is now a vital education as there is a genuine climate emergency that we’re all a part of. As a company, each member of staff is taking accountability, opening up the energy industry to people from all walks of life to keep the climate change conversation going to encourage, educate, inspire and include.
Partnering with STEM and Amy & Ella Meeks, we're making a commitment to create a cleaner and greener future.
Members of the Vital team will engage with local communities, schools & colleges around our three office locations in Blackburn, Scotland and London to highlight the ways in which the energy industry can have a positive impact on the environment & inspire the next generation into action. How can we help?
We're opening up the floor to our Vital family, so they can tell their story of working in the energy industry, from how they started, through to where they are now. We'll also be taking the lead from the youngsters of Vital, what do they think we should be doing to make a better future for them?Vital Graduate Stories

We want to open up the energy sector, making it an even more inclusive industry for people from all walks of life. Through all areas of our Vital education strategy we're going to encourage, educate, inspire and include people who want to make a positive and tangible change to our climate.
