Ian has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and a strong record of managing growth. He began his career working for a leading international engineering firm before moving into the commercial management of civil engineering projects then making the transition into project management where he developed his commercial awareness and problem solving skills. At Vital Energi Ian oversees all contractual, operational and financial matters to ensure the successful growth of the company.

With almost 30 years’ experience in sales within the integrated multi-utilities energy services sector, Ashley is responsible for developing complex energy projects incorporating the latest renewable technologies for public and private sector organisations across the UK. Having successfully secured PSDS funding totalling £337.6m to deliver projects clients, he strives for success and encourages his team to consistently deliver commercial and environmental solutions.
Steven is an experienced executive with a demonstrable track record of driving growth in private equity backed businesses. With over 25 years’ experience in technology, telecoms and energy sectors, Steven currently sits on the board of a number of private equity backed energy and software businesses.
Gary Le Sueur is a founding partner of clean energy investment firm Corran Capital and a former co-founding partner of Scottish Equity Partners. He has significant investment experience in clean energy, sustainability, and environmental sectors. Gary also worked in corporate law, then at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and National Australia Bank. He has played a key role in over 50 venture capital and infrastructure investments and exits, and has extensive fundraising and investor relations experience.
