An Energy Services Company (ESCo) is a company, like Vital Community Energi, that provides comprehensive heat network services, such as energy procurement, design, finance, operation, maintenance, life cycle replacement, metering & billing and customer services.
Your business is housing, our business is supplying heat. With the changes in the heat market, we offer you a complete Energy Services Company (ESCo) solution through Vital Community Energi, so you can concentrate on your core activities.
By handing over your heating and hot water requirements to Vital Community Energi, you will benefit from a fully managed energy services arrangement, via a formal Energy Services Agreement (ESCo), to supply heat services to your new or existing development.
By 26th January 2027, every heat network operator and supplier, will be expected to register with Ofgem, complying with regulations across their 29 conditions. With Vital Community Energi, you can hand over this burden.
