At Vital Energi we employ one of the most experienced and highly-qualified workforces in the market. If you join us you’ll be working side-by-side with the people who installed the UK’s oldest and largest district heating schemes in Sheffield, Nottingham and London and are responsible for some of the UK's first major heat networks and renewable energy projects in the UK. This is a legacy which stretches back almost three decades.

The health wellbeing of our staff is our priority and we foster an open door policy to encourage our staff to talk to us when they need to. We regularly hold tool box talks on site to ensure engineers and staff off site have the opportunity to talk about their feelings and get the support they need.

We recently invested in The Energi Hub, which is our on-site gym, giving staff free access to all equipment as well as offering class sessions.

Our programmes have recruited over 100 graduates and apprentices to date and many have made fast progress through the company to advance in areas such as marketing, finance, design, engineering, commercial, quantity surveying, operation and maintenance, analysis and many more.

We have one of the most experienced workforces in the industry and we actively support the transference of knowledge and mentoring by pairing newer talent with our more experienced members of our workforce.  This can be done formally, through initiatives such as our Graduate Training Programme or informally through work assignment.
