Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme Success

Vital Energi has a long-standing commitment to finding talent and helping it to flourish and we are pleased to announce that we have added a new Apprenticeship Scheme, which will run alongside our successful Graduate Scheme.

This month, Vital have hired three apprentices and two graduates and look forward to expanding the programme in the future.

Ian Whitelock, Joint Managing Director commented, “The UK is full of talented and enthusiastic youngsters who want a chance to prove themselves and through our Graduate and Apprenticeship programme we can offer them that chance.  We are all fully aware that these young people are the future of, not only our company, but the industry in general, so we’re committed to ensuring they get the opportunities and support they need to achieve their full potential.”

Our graduate programme has been in place for four years now and has seen us employ a total of 25 people, some of whom have already progressed into management positions.

19-year-old Mohsin, who joined Vital Energi’s Marketing Department recently as an Apprentice Digital Marketing Assistant commented, “My first day of work was at the company conference where they spelled out their strategy and their plans for the future and one of the things they kept coming back to was training youngsters and sharing knowledge, which was great for me to hear.  I chose Vital Energi because I’m confident that I’ll get the support I need and the opportunities will be there for me to progress in the company, and the rest is down to me!”
