Developing Your Heat Network Event, 2nd October, Scotland

Our annual, one-day only ‘Developing Your Heat Network Event’ is coming to The Balmoral hotel in Edinburgh on Tuesday 2nd October 2018. The event will gather key speakers who will explore a number of strategic considerations and practical experiences of developing, delivering and operating heat networks.

Speakers will be sharing best practice and experiences in developing their heat network projects at different stages.

Delegates will get the one-off opportunity to engage in an open panel session, ask questions, share experiences and learn from real life case studies.

Regis Lopez and Allan Crooks discuss the support from Scottish Government for heat networks, focussing on targets, policy drivers and available funding.

Steve Cowan, Atkins

A presentation on Scottish Government's LHEES - Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy.

Geoff Morris, University of St Andrews

We will hear about the university’s Eden Campus Energy Scheme and their journey from build to operation and maintenance.

 

Heat Network Developers Panel

There will be an opportunity to engage in an open panel session, hearing from those who are delivering heat networks and what they have learnt from their experiences.
