We have been officially certified as a Great Place to Work, as our headcount grows to more than 860 people across our offices and sites nationwide.
The certification, awarded by Great Place to Work following an independent employee survey, comes as we continue a sustained period of growth. Our group turnover has risen from £209m in 2022 to £275m in 2025, driven by an expanding portfolio of renewable energy generation, infrastructure and asset ownership projects across the UK.
More than 90% of our people took part in the survey that underpins the certification, which it submitted for the first time this year. The result reflects an effort to preserve a close-knit culture even as we have scaled rapidly in size and geographic reach. Almost 80% of employees said they feel a strong sense of loyalty to the business, and 87% said they have confidence in the leadership team.
The certification reflects not only our commitment to quality, but also our continued investment in developing talent. As a Gold Member of the 5% Club, over 12% of the workforce comprises apprentices, graduates and trainees, increasing to nearly 14% after the September 2026 intake. Their development is supported through structured learning pathways and our in-house Training Academy.
Looking ahead, retaining our existing employees will be as much a priority as continued growth. We are investing further in employee benefits and wellbeing, ensuring our people are supported as the business continues to scale.
We deliver projects across the UK from offices in Blackburn, Glasgow, London, Swansea, Hereford and Burton-on-Trent, with the Blackburn head office home to our fabrication facility and Training Academy.
