Our photographer recently visited the Nine Elms development where work on the £17m project is well underway. We have been installing primary pipework modules, wet risers, and primary plant, such as boilers and rainwater harvesting systems. HIUs and CIUs are being installed throughout the development to a prefabricated wall frame backboard – these in turn will provide the heating and cooling to each apartment.
As you can see from the images, air cooled chillers have also been installed, along with boilers, and pipework services module frames have been fitted.
