Nine Elms: Project Update

We are delivering the primary energy infrastructure package for the Greystar and Henderson Park, Nine Elms Park plots B and D development which is situated on the former Royal Mail centre.

Progress on the £17m Nine Elms project is well underway. We have been installing primary pipework modules, wet risers, and primary plant, such as boilers and rainwater harvesting systems. Water treatment works have commenced to locations as instructed by the principal contractor as they would like temporary ‘heat on’ in the coming weeks, and we are in the process of installing HIUs for the 894 apartments that make up blocks B and D of the 14-acre development.

HIUs and CIUs are being installed throughout the development to a prefabricated wall frame backboard – these in turn will provide the heating and cooling to each apartment.

As you can see from the images, air cooled chillers have also been installed to Block D, along with boilers, and pipework services module frames have been fitted.
