Royal Arsenal Riverside - Two Decades In

We’re now in our second decade of delivering various phases of the Royal Arsenal Riverside project, which is one of the largest regeneration developments in London at 88 acres.

We’re currently delivering Phase 9, which includes a full fit out of the apartments in 20 storey blocks A1 and A2 including HIU’s and sprinklers and external works.

The district heating network is also complete and ready for expansion as the development continues to grow.
