Providing full and comprehensive operation & maintenance and metering & billing services for a 580,000 sq ft mixed-use development
We are working with Labtech to provide the three year operation and maintenance agreement for the CHP energy scheme and district heating network after completing the installation of the solution in 2018. Our work also includes providing full metering and billing services at the mixed-use Hawley Wharf residential development consisting of 195 properties.
Our engineers provide 24/7 maintenance and support for the energy centre and associated equipment, the remote plant rooms and the entire district heating and cooling network, all in accordance with industry guidelines laid out in the SFG20 recommendations to ensure quality of service. Duties also see us provide maintenance for 195 heat interface units and the 195 mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units within each property. We complete all planned preventative maintenance, along with reactive maintenance for the entire scheme to quickly resolve any unexpected issues.
