City of London - Re:fit Energy Conservation Measures

Executive Summary

Our project with the City of London Corporation involves the implementation of energy conservation measures (ECMs) within a number of their key buildings, including the Barbican Centre, The Guildhall, The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Milton Court, John Hosier Annexe, Sundial Court, to improve their energy performance. This project will guarantee energy savings of £480,000 a year for the City of London Corporation, along with carbon savings of over 1,000 tonnes a year and help the governing body of the Square Mile work towards their ambitious target of net zero carbon emissions by 2027 for its corporate estate.

Our Solution

We will be implementing the following ECMs across most of the buildings to reduce energy usage, unnecessary heat loss, and help improve comfort conditions for building users.
