Situated in East Croydon, the Morello project consists of four block totally nearly 300 apartments.
Vital Energi designed, built, installed (and operate and maintain) a bespoke, space-saving Energy Centre in the basement. The Combined Heat & Power unit and seven LTHW Hamworthy Modumax Boilers supply economic, low-emission heating and hot water every apartment via our HIU’s. Additionally, we installed chiller plant rooms on the roofs of three of the blocks providing for comfort cooling for over 250 of the homes – all controlled and monitored by a cutting-edge Building Management System.
