We have developed the range of optional extras to support the installation and servicing of the vTherm heat interface units (HIU) and cooling interface units (CIU). The vTherm accreditated parts, shown below. enable flexibility with modern design requirements across all heat network schemes.

Optional extras

First fix valve rail

The valve rail allows the first fix installation to be undertaken without risking damage to the HIU. The rail incorporates HIU fixing bolts, which assist with the HIU installation procedure

Pipe bracket

The pipe bracket allows connection from above and/or below, The pipe bracket requires the first fix valve rail to support the mounting of the HIU

Insulated valve rail

The insulated valve rail box reduces heat loss and limits localised overheating

Flushing bypass

Two options available fixed and removable, the removable option ensures that the flushing bypass cannot be left open as the insulated cover cannot be fitted with the bypass installed
